Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Say YES Conference 2026.

This event brings together women who are ready to grow, lead, and move to their next level. We are excited to welcome brands and businesses that support that kind of positive energy.

As a vendor, you will have the chance to share your products and services with up to 200 women who are focused on personal growth, clarity, confidence, and purpose. This is a great opportunity to put your brand in front of women who are ready to invest in themselves and support meaningful businesses.

Spring is known as a time for new beginnings, and this event is designed to be a place for renewal, fresh ideas, and activation. Our attendees are ready to explore, connect, and shop with intention. When you join us, you will gain valuable exposure and visibility, and you will also be part of the powerful energy and transformation created by the Say YES movement.

We are excited to partner with brands and businesses that believe in our mission and are ready to serve women who are stepping boldly into their next chapter.

2-hour setup prior to event start
1-hour breakdown following event close

By applying to be a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Event Conduct & Space Use
Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
Early breakdown is not allowed.
Booth area must remain clean and presentable at all times.
No open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment.
All vendors and representatives are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct aligned with the spirit of the event.
Media & Photography
By participating, you grant Carla Bell Enterprise LLC and Say YES Con permission to capture and use photos/video of your booth for event marketing and recap purposes.
Liability & Indemnification
Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carla Bell Enterprise LLC, Say YES Conference , and the Hilton Alexandria Old Town for any loss, injury, theft, or damages incurred.
