Welcome Say YES Vendors!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Say YES Vendor! Please complete the form below to be considered for a vending space. Submitting this form does not guarantee placement.

 

Our team will review your application to confirm alignment with the Say YES mission, audience, and event experience.

 

If approved, you will receive an email with next steps, including payment instructions and access to the official Vendor Packet containing setup details, load-in schedule, branding guidelines, and conference logistics. Spaces are granted on a first-approved, first-confirmed basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

We look forward to learning about your business and exploring how it can elevate and serve our attendees!

Each vendor space includes

  • One 6-foot table

  • Two chairs

  • Access to Wi-Fi

  • Electricity upon request

  • 2-hour setup prior to event start

  • 1-hour breakdown following event close

  • Spaces are filled on a first-approved, first-confirmed basis.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a Say YES Vendor, Carla Bell Enterprise LLC and the Say YES Conference are granted permission to use my business name, logo, product images, booth photos, and any branded materials I provide for marketing, promotional, and event-related purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, printed and digital materials, signage, recap videos, photography, press releases, and future event promotions.


I understand that no compensation will be provided for such use, and I waive any rights to review or approve the final materials.


By applying to be a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Event Conduct & Space Use

  • Vendors must remain within their assigned space.

  • Early breakdown is not allowed.

  • Booth area must remain clean and presentable at all times.

  • No open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment.

  • All vendors and representatives are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct aligned with the spirit of the event.

  • By participating, you grant Carla Bell Enterprise LLC and Say YES Conference permission to capture and use photos/video of your booth for event marketing and recap purposes.

  • Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carla Bell Enterprise LLC, Say YES Conference , and the Hilton Alexandria Old Town for any loss, injury, theft, or damages incurred.

  • Vendor fees are final and non-refundable.
