It brings together inspiring speakers, powerful sessions, practical tools, and a supportive community of women ready to grow. 2. WHAT DOES THE CONFERENCE INCLUDE? Your ticket includes access to all main sessions, speaker presentations, interactive experiences, live entertainment, photo moments, and conference materials. PYA guests enjoy additional premium perks, while GYA guests receive general access to the full conference experience. 3. WHERE IS THE 2026 SAY YES CONFERENCE BEING HELD? Hilton Alexandria Old Town 1767 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314. 4. WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT? The closest airport is DCA – Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, located just minutes from the venue. 5. WHERE IS THE NEAREST PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE EVENT LOCATION? The closest metro station is King Street, located across the street, providing easy access to Washington, D.C., and DCA. 6. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON TICKETS? Tickets are non-refundable, as all sales support venue, staffing, and preparation costs. 7. IS LUNCH INCLUDED? Yes. We got you covered! Premier YES Access (PYA) includes a catered lunch crafted for your conference experience. General YES Access (GYA) includes discounted on-site lunch options so you can eat well and stay engaged. 8. IS THERE AN OPTION TO UPGRADE MY TICKET AT THE EVENT? Unfortunately upgrades to PYA are not available onsite. 9. HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR? We offer a limited number of vendor spaces. Please complete the vendor inquiry form on the website to be considered. Vendors receive a 6-ft table, two chairs, Wi-Fi access, and guidance on setup/breakdown. Food vendors are permitted with limitations. 10. HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSOR? Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals who want to support this inaugural event. Visit the Sponsorship page or complete the interest form to receive the full sponsorship menu. 11. WILL MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY, OR VIDEOGRAPHY BE TAKING PLACE AT THE EVENT? Yes. By attending the Say YES Conference, all participants acknowledge and agree to be photographed and filmed. Footage and images may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. 12. DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE? Yes. Attendees will have access to conference merchandise and select items onsite. 13. IS PARKING AVAILABLE? Event Day Parking is available for free validation. 14.
